The Process of Change

Keep in mind that efficiency, organization, financial awareness and sound business practice are keys to ensuring high net profits. Kfactor Consulting has a proven process which helps you increase your bottom line profits, while relieving financial stress so you can focus on what  is important for company growth.

Step 1

The time frame for this step is 30-90 days. Timing will depend on how many transactions your business currently has a month.

During this time we will first focus on the accounting getting this organized to a point that a financial analysis can be produced for your awareness.

Throughout this process, my team will:

Gather data in all forms of financial, behavioral and procedural

Figure out the bottlenecks and possible barriers for your business

Process analysis, executive analysis and coaching will help to get to the core of what needs to change.

By 60 days where change needs to be made will emerge and a plan will develop. At this point management has to “buy in” to the process. Employees have to take part in the next steps to improve internal structure.

Once the unique plan of change for your company is developed and approved, within 100 days of implementation, your business will start to see improvements. Consistancy is key to total success Kfactor will remain present to remind, reinforce, praise, direct, guide, and troubleshoot.

Step 2

At 90 to 180 days a model for change will be defined and a goals for steps to promote successful change developed. Implimentation of the plan will start during this process internal business structure is assessed and goals and objectives frequently reviewed. 

Step 3

By 7 months, full change will take effect. At this point some changes to the plan may need to happen. In order for sustainable change to remain in place small alterations to the plan may be necessary. This process helps determine organizational/efficiency objectives and tools to create awareness, find solutions, and develop effortless ease.

Step 4

At 200 days it is time to look at your origianl business plan and create a mini post business plan, employee manual, employee job descriptions, any other procedural manuals.

Once you reach a year change has become a habit and results will be realized, from this point only check ins and maintaining the books/financial reports will be needed. Ongoing Kfactor will provide business consulting support and coaching as well as monthly or quarterly analysis of all accounting and business systems.

At the beginning Kfactor is around working with business owner and team on a weekly basis from 10 to 30 hours. After 200 days Kfactor is around on a weekly basis from 5 to 10 hours. The goal is to get you to an as needed coaching and consulting state of business where only minor re adjustments and reminders are required.
