As a QuickBooks and financial business consultant I will come in and assess your business to see the inner financial operations of business. My first step is meeting with you to determine the financial structure of the company and any financial goals and objectives. I will then complete an overall analysis of operations to understand financial procedures. I will then start setting up your Quickbooks accounting software to match your company’s financial needs. During the process of setting up the finances, I will assess the best system for your book keeper/office accountant to maintain the financial side of the business. Additionally, during this process if you already have someone chosen to be the book keeper I will utilize there assistance for inputting customer and vendor information. Once all aspects of your accounting software are prepared, I will create a procedure manual for proper input of all financial accounting for the business. The final step in the consulting process is then to train the bookkeeper/office accountant on how to properly use the software. Part of my unique consulting approach is to help the business become more efficient in financial procedures and business process. Once I have handed off the quickbooks accounting to the bookkeeper I would like to routinely come back to ensure all accounting is continuing to be maintained properly and retrain or reassess procedures as needed.
